Reports from Strictly Florida Fishing Experts

As most fishermen know, going fishing is one thing. Going catching is another! It takes literally years to know how to read the water, weather, the conditions, the tides & a lot more before one can call themselves a "GUIDE". Every guide who appears on this show is an expert in their individual field. They've spent more time on the water than most people spend working or watching TV. They are some of the BEST, "TOP DOGS" is what most call them. And they're right here on S.F.F.! And everyone of them are available to guide you to a day of "catching" that you won't soon forget. And we've got them listed with phone numbers and web site so they're easier for you to find.

Feel free to call or email them at any time for information on availability to you. They have 1/2 day or full day/night charters with reasonable prices. Or grab 'em for a full weekend. Heck, these guys LOVE to fish! They also make a perfect gift for that fisherman/woman in your life!

You're under no obligation for a simple phone call or email. So what are you waiting for?? LET'S GO CATCHIN'!!

Capt. Ron Hueston - Southwest Regional Expert
A South Florida native, Capt Ron Hueston has over 20 years experience fishing the bays, back country and coastal gulf waters from Florida Bay to Englewood. Capt Ron has gained a reputation as one of the most highly sought after guides in the area.  Born in Miami he first learned about saltwater fishing from his father.  Seven years ago he moved to the west coast of Florida  where he makes his home in Naples with his wife Cindy and man’s best friend his black lab.

Capt. Ron Hueston has devoted his life to sharing fishing with others, through the Chevy Florida Fishing Report TV show on Sunsports, the Strictly Florida Fishing radio show on 790 The Ticket, magazine articles, seminars and on the water.  He shares his love of the ocean and fishing with children and adults from the novice fisherman to the tournament sportsfisherman.  With a conservationist mindset, Ron believes anglers should respect and protect the natural resources they enjoy.  Through his guide business, he strives to pass along this concept to clients.  Ron considers it an honor to share these lessons, as well as the simple joy of fishing with others.

Capt. Howard Albert- Southeast Region Offshore Expert

Our Sport Fishing Yachts are all state of the art "fishing machines". Below decks guests are treated to fully air-conditioned interiors, offering such creature comforts as color video monitors with VCR’s and stereo systems ready to play your favorite CD’s. Of course all safety and navigational equipment is provided, as is a USCG (United States Costs Guard) licensed captain. Your crew (captain and mate) will have the finest fishing gear available ready for you, so all you need to worry about is catching the trophy fish. Whether you're summertime fishing for Mahi Mahi, Kingfish or giant ocean going Barracuda our fiberglass war ships are ready to do battle with the big ones.

Wintertime fishing (October through April) offers spectacular opportunities to "hook up" with the fastest fish in the sea, the Sailfish. Their acrobatic grace and beauty is best described by experiencing the adrenaline pumping experience first hand. If awesome power is your thing, try doing battle with a Hammerhead Shark. These giant predators pull like a freight train, and love to test you and your tackle’s strength. We look forward to seeing you soon, relaxed sippin’ a cool drink in the cockpit of a sport fishing yacht, when suddenly your trophy fish is ripping line off your screaming reel. Careful, you might just spill that drink allover yourself! www.kacharters.com

Size: Sport fishing yachts range in length from 41 to 67 feet.
